The JS3 has a light poplar body – a tonewood that delivers a balanced sound which a lot of push in the mid-range. The light weight of the body means you can play through an entire gig without feeling fatigue or strain on your back or shoulders.
The bolt-on neck gives a fast attack and snappy response, so that notes can really cut through in the mix and get heard. The sharkfin inlays are an iconic Jackson look, so you have a sharp and expensive-looking bass for a great price.
