Description

The Foxgear V-100 brings the legendary sound of ‘60s-era Vox amps to your pedalboard — the same iconic tone that powered Brian May, The Edge and countless rock classics! Expect big headroom, rich punchy mids and that unmistakable top-end chime. Whether you’re rehearsing, gigging, recording or practicing at home, the V-100 delivers uncompromising performance every time.

Analog Variable Cabinet Simulator (Varicab)

What really sets the V-100 apart is its Varicab feature. This isn’t just another EQ tweak — it’s a fully analogue system that mimics the natural EQ curves of real speakers and microphones. With a simple twist of the knob, you can dial in the perfect sweet spot for your direct sound, making your XLR out feel like you’ve got a cab roaring behind you! Sweep from the massive thump of a 4×12” cab to the punchy presence of a 2×12”. Or tighten things up with a focused 1×12” for less low-end and more clarity.

Loads of control

You’ve got a classic tone bass/treble cut EQ in the style of old Vox amps, a preamp level for shaping your sound, plus an amp level to control your output to a real guitar cab (100W @ 4Ω, 50W @ 8Ω, 25W @ 16Ω). Add in handy features like ground lift, standby and the option to bypass the cab sim for your favourite IRs, and you’ve got a seriously versatile amp that’s ready for any situation — all in a portable package.

Amp Cabinets

A speaker cabinet is responsible for turning your amplifier’s power into the sound you actually hear, and it plays a huge role in the overall feel and character of your tone. Different cabinet sizes, speaker types, and configurations can affect everything from low-end punch to clarity and projection. Cabinets can be open-back or closed-back, single or multi-speaker, each offering a distinct response and spread in a room. Whether paired with a powerful amp head or a compact setup, the right speaker cabinet helps define how your guitar sits in a mix and how it feels to play.

Amps

Guitar amps cover everything needed to amplify, shape, and project your guitar sound, from small practice setups to full stage and studio rigs. In this category you’ll find combo amps, separate amp heads and speaker cabinets, covering valve, solid-state, and hybrid designs, each offering a different feel and response. You’ll also see modelling and digital amps, built-in effects, footswitches, attenuation solutions, replacement speakers, valves, and essential accessories to keep an amp performing at its best. Whether you’re chasing pristine cleans, classic crunch, or modern high-gain tones, guitar amps and related gear are all about finding the right balance of power, tone, and control for the way you play.
