The Synergy Engl Savage Preamp Module is built for players who want the sharp definition and authoritative gain that made the original Savage amplifier a landmark design. Developed with Engls Horst Langer it condenses the qualities of the full amplifier into a compact tube-driven module suited to modern recording setups and controlled stage environments. Each channel includes dedicated gain and volume controls supported by global Bass Mid and Treble shaping. Gain Lo or Hi switches allow you to adjust the attack and saturation while the Contour switch provides further refinement of upper mids for riff work or solo focus. A three-position Cathode Select switch tailors the low-end feel to suit different rigs. With two 12AX7 valves delivering the harmonic texture expected from the Savage line the module presents a powerful and adaptable interpretation of a respected amplifier.
