Description
Here’s what Lollar say about the Tele ’52 pickups:
Wound to 1952 Telecaster pickup specs, the ’52 bridge model gives you a clear and bright Tele tone with a distinct round bottom end when played with a soft attack. It produces a full, fat rock tone when used with an AC 30 or Fender tweed amp, and the definition holds together nicely with heavier amp distortion. Features a flat-pole design with Alnico 2 magnets, wax potted coils, and vintage style cloth covered lead wire.
The neck model produces a little less output than our Vintage T neck pickup. Our ’52 T delivers a clear tone and plenty of smooth treble, and with a soft attack, you get a pleasingly round bass quality that won’t overload your amp or distort too quickly the way many other Tele-style neck pickups do. Made with Alnico 2 magnets, wax potted coils, 43-gauge coil wire, and vintage style cloth covered lead wire.
