The Mahalo Java Soprano is a great beginners ukulele that has the look and sound of a proper musical instrument. With its classy and understated aesthetic, unique tone, and affordable price point, its an impressive ukulele!

About Mahalo

Mahalo was founded in 1999, interestingly enough in Nagoya, Japan. The vision for the company was to design proper ukuleles at an affordable price point. Musical instruments rather than toys. Since then Mahalo have gone on to become one of the biggest ukulele brands in the world and have done so by staying true to their vision of playable yet affordable instruments.

Java Series

The Java series feature nato bodies which provide a unique tone to these ukuleles. This model has a natural satin finish which looks classy and feels great. The Java series feature Graph Tech NuBone XB bridge saddles for projection and come fitted with Aquila Super Nylgut strings for a full, balanced sound.

Soprano Size

The soprano is the classic ukulele shape, it's also the smallest of the main sizes. Anyone can play a soprano but it's especially suited to smaller players such as children. They also have that classic, bright, ringing tone that you know and love.

Exotic nato bodies are carefully crafted with unique tone enhancing features and matched with mahogany necks and teak fingerboards to reproduce outstanding tonal quality and projection.

Complete with Mahalo carry bag, Mahalo Java Series ukuleles feature an arched back and Graph Tech NuBone XB bridge saddles to increase projection and bass response. Aquila Super Nylgut strings are fitted to produce a fuller, louder and more balanced sound, rich in tonal harmonics.
