Built with painstaking attention to historical accuracy it features a two-piece figured maple top lightweight one-piece mahogany body and a long-tenon neck joint secured with hide glue. Every detail from the cellulose nitrate trapezoid inlays to the nylon nut and ABR-1 bridge has been recreated to mirror the legendary 1959 originals. Its unpotted Custombuckers loaded with Alnico 3 magnets deliver the unmistakable bloom warmth and bite of a true vintage Burst while the Murphy Lab Ultra Light Aged finish lends the feel of a well-played classic.
