Description

The Gibson ES-335 in Vintage Ebony is a true cornerstone of electric guitar design combining semi-hollow resonance with the sustain and control of a solidbody. First introduced in the late 50s the ES-335 set the standard for versatility and this modern version stays true to that legacy. Built with a three-ply maple/poplar/maple body and a solid maple centre block it delivers a warm open tone with excellent sustain and improved feedback resistance. The gloss nitrocellulose lacquer finish enhances resonance while giving the guitar a timeless understated look. A mahogany neck shaped to a Rounded C profile provides a comfortable familiar feel paired with a rosewood fretboard for smooth playability. The 12 inch radius and 22 medium jumbo frets allow for fluid movement across the neck whether youre playing chords or lead lines. Equipped with Gibsons calibrated T-Type humbuckers hand-wired with 500K potentiometers and Orange Drop capacitors the ES-335 delivers everything from clear articulate cleans to rich driven tones. Its a versatile instrument built to perform.
