Originally designed as an improved Les Paul Junior, the simple flat body and dual P90 pickups made it extremely popular with professional guitarists who wanted a lighter, cut-down version of the Les Paul. The dual P90 pickups deliver a range of classic Gibson sounds. Much hotter than traditional single coils, these pickups push out plenty of power while retaining their unique character. You also get a vintage feel to match the historic tone. With a ’50s profile mahogany neck, and a traditional rosewood fingerboard, you get an amazing playing feel that’s fast and smooth.
