The Gibson USA SG Standard ‘61 returns to the classic design that made it such a well-loved instrument that has spanned multiple generations and genres. Gibson has kitted the SG Standard 61 with vintage specs to give you an iconic instrument that features powerful Burstbucker pickups, a unique colourway, and a comfortable slim tapered neck profile.

Dual ‘60s Burstbucker

Loaded within the all Mahogany construction are two Burstbucker pickups that project a bright tonal character giving you the ability to crank up the gain for sharp soloing, or clean chord progression that utilises the hotter output and high-end treble.

Comfortable Taper

The slim tapered neck offers you a comfortable playing profile that is a staple of Gibson guitars and sought after by many due to its versatility in playability. The gloss finish on the neck provides a smooth feeling to be able to move easy up and down the neck with ease.
