A solid spruce top finished in a custom 1937 JB Sunburst recreates the beautifully aged appearance of the original while mahogany back and sides deliver warm bass punchy midrange and articulate treble. Its comfortable 00 body size offers an intimate playing experience thats perfectly suited to expressive fingerstyle traditional blues folk and acoustic accompaniment. Golden Era scalloped X-bracing brings vintage-inspired openness dynamic response and impressive sustain allowing every note to breathe with clarity and depth. A mahogany neck with a GE Modified Low Oval profile and standard taper provides familiar comfort across the fingerboard while the ebony fingerboard and bridge add smooth playability and precise articulation. Finished with elegant faux tortoise appointments nickel open-gear tuners a bone saddle and supplied in a premium Martin hardshell case the 00-18JB combines historic inspiration with dependable craftsmanship.
