Description

The 324ce Special Edition brings a rare custom edgeburst finish and mahogany top to an already brilliant all-purpose electro acoustic. Taylor’s flagship mid-sized Grand Auditorium shape is a woody, warm-toned guitar possessing exceptional volume, sustain and focus to cover a wide variety of playing styles and genres. Mahogany top and sapele back and sides The mahogany top adds a new dimension to the 300 Series acoustic. This wood selection brings a touch of natural compression to the overtones and smoother high-end on what would otherwise be a punchier attack. Combine that with the snappy, midrange-focused sapele and you’ve got an acoustic that excels both as a fingerpicker and strummer wherever you need direct, crisp sounds. Slim neck and narrow ebony fingerboard Taylor acoustics are incredibly accessible instruments whatever playing background you come from, partly down to the slim Taylor neck profile and 1-11/16″ nut width ebony fingerboard sitting on the narrower side of most acoustics. Add in the gentle, soft-lined Venetian cutaway and you’ve got a proper performer’s guitar, particularly when you’re operating higher up the neck. V-Class Bracing Taylor’s patented V-Class bracing is a revolutionary new pattern providing both stability and a new sonic platform that marks a major shift away from traditional steel-string bracing patterns. Classy neo-traditional style This Special Edition model is a real looker thanks to the all-gloss finish over the rich edgeburst finish. Taylor have a specific aesthetic that doesn’t feel out of place in any setting, incorporating a classic three-ring rosette, understated 4mm dot fretboard inlays and gorgeously eye-catching faux-tortoiseshell pickguard. Structured gig bag included Included is an equally stunning burgundy plush lined tan structured gig bag providing rigid safety to your precious acoustic as you travel. More info about this Product

Acoustic Guitars

Acoustic guitars produce their sound naturally through the vibration of the strings and body, offering a direct and expressive playing experience. They come in a wide range of styles, including steel string and classical designs, each with its own feel and tonal character. Body shape, wood choice, and construction all influence warmth, projection, and balance, making acoustics suitable for everything from gentle fingerstyle to confident strumming. Whether used for songwriting, practice, or performance, acoustic guitars provide a simple, honest connection between the player and the music.

Electro-Acoustic Guitars

Electro-acoustic guitars combine the natural sound and feel of an acoustic guitar with built-in electronics for amplification. Fitted with pickups and preamp controls, they allow you to plug directly into an amp, PA system, or recording setup while retaining an acoustic character. They’re ideal for live performance, rehearsal, and home recording, offering volume control and tonal adjustment without relying solely on microphones. Electro-acoustic guitars suit players who want the warmth and responsiveness of an acoustic instrument with the flexibility to play amplified when needed.

Explore electric, acoustic and bass guitars across a wide range of playing styles, body shapes and specifications. The most useful differences include scale length, construction, pickup type, neck profile, materials and whether the instrument is intended for amplified, acoustic or hybrid use. Use the narrower guitar categories and feature tags to compare instruments with similar designs rather than relying on appearance alone.
