The Epiphone IGC Pre-War SJ-200 Rosewood Reissue Left Handed in Vintage Sunburst is a faithful recreation of one of the rarest and most desirable acoustics ever made. With solid rosewood back and sides and a thermally aged spruce top it delivers the deep powerful voice that made the original SJ-200 famous in the late 1930s. The two-piece maple neck with rosewood stringer and a comfortable Round D profile adds stability and sustain while the ebony fretboard with graduated crown inlays brings an elegant vintage touch. From its moustache bridge with pearl inlays to its ornate pickguard graphics every detail has been carefully considered to capture the look and feel of the pre-war originals. This left-handed reissue doesnt just look the part – its also built for the modern stage. The L.R. Baggs VTC system combines a discreet under-saddle pickup with a soundhole-mounted preamp offering warm natural tones straight into any amp or PA. Gold Grover Imperial tuners ensure reliable performance and the included Red Line-inspired hardshell case keeps the guitar safe on the road.
