Description

The Sire Marcus Miller V3P Bass Black Satin is a passive variant of the entry-level V Series bass combining Marcus Miller-approved hardware body construction and neck features with straightforward electronics. Its mahogany body uses the New Marcus Miller Jazz Type shape and comes finished in Black Satin. A hard maple C-shape neck 34″ scale and rosewood Edgeless fingerboard with rolled edges provide the foundation for comfortable playing complemented by a 9.5″ fingerboard radius and medium frets. The Marcus Standard-J Revolution pickup set delivers a high-resolution clear sound using US-made heavy formvar magnet wire that is uncommon among introductory basses. Passive electronics keep adjustment simple with individual volume controls for the neck and bridge pickups alongside a master tone control. Finely detailed hardware includes a Marcus Miller Standard Bass Bridge and standard open-gear tuners with a chrome finish. A three-ply black pickguard black Jazz-style knobs and white pearl dot inlays complete the specification.
