Description

The PRS Mark Tremonti Signature is one of the most popular guitars in the PRS catalogue. Its beautiful single-cut design has been finished off with a range of custom hardware appointments, aimed at the modern player; this is the pinnacle of what a hard rocking humbucker-loaded guitar should be.

Key Features

  • Boasting a Beautiful Finish – The subtle yet striking Flame Maple top shows the true craftsmanship at PRS and gives you an instrument that looks and sounds incredible.
  • Gen III Tremolo – For deep dives and enhanced tuning stability, the Gen III tremolo allows you to be expressive with your playing.
  • PRS Tremonti Pickups – Harness the signature tone of Mark Tremonti, with these aggressively clear, smooth, and high-gain humbucker pickups.

Specifications

Constructed from a Mahogany body and neck, they have been adorned with a stunning Flamed Maple top and Rosewood fingerboard respectively. This combination of woods offers a rich, crystal-clear response that’s both resonant and snappy – perfect for Tremonti’s playing style.

It is not just about the sound though, as the feel of a guitar is just as important. That’s why the Tremonti’s Mahogany neck has a very playable PRS carve based on the ‘Pattern Thin’ design, although modified slightly to fit Mark’s hands better for his signature chunky rhythms and soaring leads.

Only the Best Hardware

The PRS Gen III tremolo has a lot more control than you would expect with most classic style trems, ensuring optimal tuning stability and tone. Using only the strongest materials available, this bridge is rooted deep into the guitar, so you get amazing strength and resonance. Top it off with PRS’ Phase III locking tuners, and you’ve got a guitar that’s equipped for the most rigorous of touring schedules!

Signature Tremonti Tone

PRS likes to make everything in-house, and when it comes to making the Tremonti – this philosophy was no different. These humbucking pickups have been custom-designed to deliver crushing high-gain tones in the bridge position, and a rounded smoother sound in the neck that is perfect for leads and cleans. Tonally these still have the classic PRS character, just with a slight bit more bite so that you can cut straight through a mix.
