Description

The S2 Custom 24-08 takes the Custom 24, and powers it up with a new level of versatility with its intuitive switching system. Retaining the classic Maple top/Mahogany back combination with our classic body shape and an asymmetrical beveled top, this guitar has a resonant, powerful voice.

  • TCI Pickups – Uncovered pickups with remarkable clarity and extended high and low end, perfect for more modern applications.
  • Patented Tremolo Gen III – The most recent incarnation of the famed PRS Tremolo System. Meticulously designed with improved string vibration transfer for an even more defined and bigger tone with improved tuning stability.
  • Phase III Locking Tuners – The perfect blend of vintage aesthetic and modern design. Utilising unplated brass shafts for unparalleled tonal transfer as well as precision gear ratios for effortless tuning the Phase III tuners are possibly the most thought-out guitar tuners.
  • Dual Mini Toggle EQ Switches – Dial in your perfect electric guitar tone with PRS’s specially tuned switchable high-pass filters. When engaged, unnecessary low-end frequencies are shelved off resulting in a clearer guitar tone with increased clarity and more musical highs.

Rich Tone and Easy Playability

PRS’ S2 Custom 24-08 boasts a Mahogany body, delivering a warm sound with plenty of harmonic richness in the mid-range. Joining the body is a stunning Mahogany neck. Providing a natural and supportive feel, the neck is also topped with a silky-smooth Rosewood fingerboard that offers a luxurious touch under the fingers.

Loaded with TCI Pickups, the S2 Custom 24 produces a bright and punchy tone that sounds great plugged into your pedalboard or straight into an amp.
