The Conchers dubbed its name from Carlos late grandfather. He was a big part of his life and played an integrate role in shaping Carlos inspiration and motivation. He is a big part of the reason Castedosa has life and proudly call the first model “Conchers”. This expertly crafted precision instrument features an Alder body finished in Aged Casino Yellow Lacquer. The short scale (25.5) design is complemented by a Mastery Bridge, Volume and Tone controls with a 3-way switch, and a 4-ply tortoise full guard pickguard.
The neck is constructed from Quarter Sawn Roasted Maple, boasting a “Medium V” profile with a Dark Mole Tint finish and a Rosewood Fretboard. Additional features include Kluson Tuners, 21 Jescar Frets, a 25.5″ Scale Length, 12″ Radius, Nut Width of 1.725, Butt Width of 2.270, White Nitro Neck Binding, and a Bone Nut.
Equipped with cutting-edge electronics, the Conchers Standard is outfitted with 2 Custom Castedosa Hand Wound TS JM Pickups, CTS Pots, a Switchcraft pickup selector, and Aged Hardware.
