Description

Andertons are pleased to offer this Fender Custom Shop ’51 Nocaster in Butterscotch Blonde. Featuring a beautiful 2-piece Ash body, this Nocaster (Tele) has that classic Tele roundness and sweet articulation.

Its Handwired Loaded ’51 Nocaster bridge pickup provides classic Tele twang but turned up a gear with even more power and bite. It’s perfectly partnered with a Handwired Twisted Tele neck pickup offering Strat-like chime and glassiness. The 1969 U-shaped neck feels fast and comfortable up and down the fingerboard. Presented in a stunning NOS finish, this Nocaster looks like the real deal!

Original Woods

Fender’s original wood combination of an Ash body paired with a Maple neck. The Ash provides a sweet and resonant, well-balanced guitar tone which is brilliantly complemented by the brightness and responsiveness of the maple neck.

Fender Custom Shop

The Fender Dream Factory… Fender’s best luthiers, using the best materials and tools all under one roof with the single unified mission of building the best guitars that Fender has ever produced. Founded in 1987, the Custom Shop was established to take Fender’s manufacturing back to its roots with smaller production numbers and higher quality. Famed for pushing Leo’s designs to their absolute limits, the Custom Shop is the benchmark to which all other Fender electric guitars are compared to!

Key Features

  • Compound Radius – With its rounder 7.25’’ radius by the nut and flatter 9.5’’ radius from the 12th fret, this ’51 Nocaster offers maximum comfort up and down the neck.
  • NOS – One of the most popular finish options in the Fender Custom Shop. A New Old Stock guitar looks exactly how it would have looked the day it left the factory, however many years ago. It’s as close to having a time machine as we can offer!
  • 1969 U – Not to be confused with the larger U-shaped necks of the early ‘50s, the ‘69 U-shaped neck profile offers players a fast-feeling neck with more pronounced shoulders.
  • Twisted Tele/’51 Loaded Nocaster – The perfect combination of a Twisted Tele neck pickup for Strat-like chime and sparkle and a ’51 Loaded Nocaster in the bridge for a pure unadulterated Tele twang.
