Description

Andertons are pleased to offer this Fender Custom Shop Limited Edition Roasted Stratocaster in 3-colour Sunburst. Featuring a roasted Ash body, this Strat rings like a bell with a resonant and lively tone.

Loaded with a duo of Hand-wound Tomatillo pickups in the neck and middle positions in partnership with a Hand-wound Poblano in the bridge, this Strat oozes vintage tone with increased sparkle, chime and sizzle. In hand, this Strat feels lightning fast with unparalleled comfort thanks to its contoured neck heel and Modern C neck profile.

Roasted Ash

The already perfect combination of an Ash body, Maple neck and Rosewood fingerboard, but made even better! Roasting the Ash body in effect, ages and seasons the wood to absolute perfection. All moisture, sugars and saps are roasted away, leaving you with a piece of timber which feels like it’s been seasoned for 100 years. Perfectly resonant and often more lightweight. Wonderfully complemented by its Maple neck and Rosewood fingerboard, this (model) is resonant and lively with increased sustain and overtone.
