The Fender Custom Shop 1960 Telecaster Heavy Relic is a stunning recreation of a golden-era classic finished in aged natural nitro lacquer over lightweight eastern white pine. Its Heavy Relic treatment delivers the look and feel of a Tele thats been played for years complete with gold hardware and a worn-in aesthetic that tells a story before you play a note. A roasted quarter-sawn maple neck with a large 59 C profile and African blackwood fingerboard offers a smooth stable playing experience with vintage-spec clarity. Hand-wound Texas Special pickups deliver punchy Tele twang with a modern edge while the vintage-style hardware and custom wiring ensure authentic tone and reliability with style to match.
