Parlour guitars are incredibly comfortable to play due to their size, and they also project very well. Their voicing harks back to the early roots, folk and blues recordings we cherish. Alvarez parlour guitars are all of that and more, due to our FS6 bracing structure which allows the soundboard to produce a response that brings more openness and better dynamics to the instrument’s projection. Our parlours have an impressive volume and openness while still retaining the type of compression and focus a small body guitar is known for, which makes this AP70e a versatile instrument that will handle most styles of playing.

The AP70e is fitted with the LR Baggs StagePro Bronze. The StagePro Bronze is a small-footprint side-mounted EQ incorporating the renowned LR Baggs Element under-saddle pickup. This is a low-profile unit with a large backlit tuner, volume, bass and treble controls and phase. The battery box is built into the endpin jack compartment for easy access with a simple push to open and change batteries.
