The Animals Pedals Diamond Peak Hybrid is a low-gain overdrive with expanded headroom and is a throwback to the iconic British amps of the ‘60s and ‘70s. With a prominent mid-range, the Diamond Peak delivers legendary “edge-of-breakup” tones with a natural tube amp feel. Tonally, the Diamond Peak is finely detailed with subtle nuances that remain clear even at higher gain settings. It is very responsive to your playing dynamics and pick attack and complex chords remain clear and precise. The Diamond Peak works equally well as a boost for your clean channel as it does pushing the front end of an already overdrive amp.
