Developed in close collaboration with Doug Aldrich it captures the same powerful valve character and unmistakable Ruby styling that made its larger sibling a worldwide success. With switchable 5 Watt and 0.5 Watt operation a push-pull valve power stage and a custom Aldrich 50 speaker it offers inspiring tone and dynamic response at volumes suited to virtually any environment. Two channels with four selectable voices provide everything from pristine cleans to high-gain overdrive while Blackstars patented ISF control lets you shape the amps overall character. Built-in CabRig speaker simulation USB-C recording XLR DI output and headphone connectivity make it equally capable for silent practice recording and live use. Finished in Doug Aldrichs signature Ruby tolex and supplied with an FS-22 footswitch signature plectrums and a signed certificate of authenticity the DA5 Ruby is built for players who demand performance without compromise.
