Description

The ESP LTD NV-1000 is a razor-sharp, neck-thru V built for high-gain precision and stage-dominating presence. With its sleek Black finish, active EMG pickups and a Floyd Rose 1000SE tremolo, it is a purpose-built metal machine that excels at tight rhythm work, fluid leads and aggressive divebombs, all while staying rock solid under the heaviest playing styles.

Centred around a neck-thru 3-piece maple neck with mahogany wings and a Macassar ebony fingerboard, the NV-1000 delivers instant attack, long sustain and superb upper-fret access. The Thin U profile and 24 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets make fast runs, wide bends and intricate techniques feel effortless, while the locking nut and Grover tuners keep everything stable and in tune.

An EMG 81 in the bridge and EMG 60 in the neck give you the classic active metal voice with tight low end, cutting mids and searing highs, backed up by smooth, glassy cleans and singing leads. Direct-mount installation maximises resonance and focus, and the simple master volume and toggle switch layout keeps you locked into the performance, not the controls.

Finished with a striking Silver Block with Gold Shadow inlay motif and all-black hardware, the LTD NV-1000 looks every bit as lethal as it sounds. If you want a modern V-style guitar that can handle extreme tuning stability, articulate high-gain tones and fast, technical playing, this is a serious contender.

High-Performance Neck-Thru Construction

The NV-1000 uses a neck-thru design with a 3-piece maple neck running the full length of the body, joined by mahogany wings. This construction enhances sustain, improves resonance and gives you seamless access to the highest frets, ideal for expressive solos and extended-range riffing up the neck.

EMG Active Pickups for Modern Metal Tones

With an EMG 81 in the bridge and EMG 60 in the neck, both direct mounted, the NV-1000 delivers tight, articulate high-gain tones with excellent note definition. The 81 excels at crushing rhythm work and cutting leads, while the 60 offers smooth, clear cleans and singing sustain, giving you a versatile palette for modern rock and metal.

Floyd Rose 1000SE Tremolo and Locking Nut

The Floyd Rose 1000SE tremolo paired with a locking nut lets you perform extreme vibrato, divebombs and flutters while maintaining tuning stability. Combined with Grover tuners, this setup is built for players who demand reliable performance under heavy whammy bar use and aggressive playing styles.

Fast Thin U Neck and Stainless Steel Frets

The Thin U neck profile, 350 mm fingerboard radius and 24 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets create a fast, comfortable playing surface. Stainless steel frets are highly durable and smooth, making bends and vibrato feel effortless while offering long-lasting performance for touring and regular gigging.
