Description

Create a giant, arena-filling sound with the Wolfgang WG Standard. This guitar has been vigorously road-tested to be a trustworthy music-making machine which delivers punchy sound and high-speed playability.

Key Features

  • Wolfgang Neck – This neck is Wolfgang approved, and makes for a smooth playing experience.
  • Wolfgang Pickups – These pickups are mounted directly into the body, providing dynamic yet articulate voicing, as well as endless sustain for powerful chords and melody lines.
  • Ergonomic Body Carve – The Comfort Cut forearm contour makes the guitar more comfortable and lighter to play.
  • EVH Floyd Rose Special Locking Tremolo Bridge – Stay in tune for longer, no matter how crazy your whammy tricks are, and no matter how fast you shred.

Featuring a Basswood body with an arched top and a robust graphite-reinforced bolt-on quartersawn Maple neck. Primed for high performance, energetic riffing and blazing leads, the 12″”-16″” compound radius fingerboard has 22 jumbo frets and pearloid dot inlays. Truss rod adjustments have also never been easier thanks to a spoke wheel conveniently located at the base of the neck.

The volume knob with treble bleed circuit has a 500K EVH Bourns low friction pot for smooth swells and a tone control knob with a 250K Bourns high friction tone pot that prevents accidental tone shifting.

More info about this Product

Electric Guitars

Electric guitars use magnetic pickups to convert string vibration into an electrical signal, allowing the sound to be shaped through amplifiers and effects. Key things to understand include body shape, pickup type, neck profile, scale length and bridge design, as these all affect tone, feel and sustain. They are used across almost every modern genre, from clean and expressive to high-gain and aggressive styles, making them one of the most versatile instruments available.
