Description

This definitely isn't your classic Tele. The Fender limited edition Custom Telecaster is a beefy dual humbucker guitar delivering on powerful driven tones for the modern player.

Body and neck

The Custom Tele takes on a completely unique look within the Fender range. That stunning flamed maple top sits on a resonant mahogany body. This custom model is designed from the bottom up for contemporary control, precision and sharp aesthetics.

Vintage specs on this limited edition Tele are out, modern specs are in. The matching Mahogany modern 'C' neck is built for pure speed. Above is an Indian laurel fretboard that's slightly flatter than the standard Fender radius. Embedded are 22 jumbo frets, making this an excellent choice for lead playing.

Sound

Equipped are two hot Seymour Duncan pickups; a '59 in the neck and a Pearly Gates in the bridge. The Pearly Gates pumps out an extra hot P.A.F sound with a slightly boosted midrange. Expect a serious gain kick while also holding plenty of focus.

The '59 in the neck is an extremely versatile pickup. This is your classic sounding humbucker providing a full range frequencies with bright attack. But you're not limited there. This Tele has coil-splitting capabilities, so you're able to get vintage Fender single-coil tones with a pull of the tone knob.

Hardware

There's no three-saddle bridge here. The Custom Tele is kitted out with a modern string-though hardtail to ensure excellent stability and comfort for the picking hand. At the other end, the graphite nut kills any pesky fret buzz.
