Now, finally, Fender have brought the sparkling Trans-Burst Kotzen Strats to a worldwide audience. These guitars are the embodiment of Kotzen’s musical and stylistic flair; dazzling in their appearance, punchy and commanding in their tone, and with a feel & playability that puts expression first.

  • Custom DiMarzio® Pickups – With a humbucking mode that puts out plenty of noise-free low end and a single-coil sound that’s packed with snarling Strat twang, these pickups deliver the perfect rock tonal palette for whatever gain you choose.
  • Thick “C”–shape neck with 12” radius – A beautifully chunky Maple neck feels substantial in the hand, but the 22 jumbo frets and 12” radius provides optimal playability for hard-hitting rock riffs and fluid solos.
  • Trans-Burst finishes – Letting the grain of the Flame Maple top do the talking, these finishes offer just the right amount of wow factor for a guitar that’s out to make a statement.

Featuring a striking combination of upscale appointments and high-performance playability, the Richie Kotzen Stratocaster pairs a beautiful flame maple top finished in exclusive Trans-Burst finishes with a comfortably contoured ash body and a fast-playing thick “C”-shaped neck. Gold hardware completes the upscale look and an array of custom DiMarzio® pickups provide a host of excellent sounds. This Stratocaster perfectly harnesses the flare of Richie’s virtuosic playing style and delivers sweet, punchy tone ready for the studio and stage.
