Key Features

  • 3-Ply AAA Maple Top – The ES-335 Figured comes adorned with a stunning AAA 3-Ply Figured Maple/Poplar/Maple top offering unmistakable 335 tones as well as eye-catching aesthetics.
  • Rounded C Neck Profile – The ES-335 strikes the perfect balance between comfort and agility thanks to its Rounded C-shaped neck profile.
  • Hand-wired Controls – The volume and tone controls are hand-wired with Orange Drop Capacitors just like many of the most prized vintage examples.

T-Type Humbuckers

First introduced in 1966, the Gibson T-Type humbucker is renowned for sharing many of the desirable attributes that are famously found on the esteemed earlier PAF pickups of the late ‘50s – early ‘60s. They have an articulate and open tonality with a musical dynamic range which suits a wide variety of different genres and playing styles. Thanks to the T-types Alnico 5 magnets these pickups offer a humbucker with a slight increase of power compared to other vintage-styled models along with a tighter bass response and a more punchy top end.

Played by greats such as Eric Clapton, Jimmy Page, and Angus Young, Gibson guitars continue to represent timeless quality, innovation, and a deep connection between player and instrument.

Electric Guitars

Electric guitars use magnetic pickups to convert string vibration into an electrical signal, allowing the sound to be shaped through amplifiers and effects. Key things to understand include body shape, pickup type, neck profile, scale length and bridge design, as these all affect tone, feel and sustain. They are used across almost every modern genre, from clean and expressive to high-gain and aggressive styles, making them one of the most versatile instruments available.

Burst

A burst finish refers to a guitar finish where the colour gradually fades from a darker outer edge to a lighter centre. This technique highlights the natural grain of the wood while giving the instrument depth and visual character, making each guitar look slightly different.

Common on both electric and acoustic guitars, burst finishes range from classic sunburst styles to modern colour variations. They are popular because they combine a traditional look with a visually striking appearance that complements the shape and craftsmanship of the guitar.
