Finished in Cremona Burst gloss nitrocellulose lacquer this limited edition Hummingbird pairs a select bearclaw Sitka spruce top with mahogany back and sides for the warm balanced voice that has made the model a favourite for generations. Powerful lows focused mids and smooth treble response make it equally suited to rhythmic strumming fingerstyle arrangements and melodic lead work. Classic Hummingbird styling completes the experience with multi-ply binding an abalone rosette split parallelogram inlays and the instantly recognisable tortoise-shell pickguard artwork. Gold Grover Keystone tuners a rosewood belly-up bridge with pyramid wings and premium appointments reinforce its Custom Shop pedigree. Equipped with an L.R. Baggs VTC pickup system it has discreet soundhole-mounted controls for live performance and recording. Limited to just 100 instruments the Hummingbird Anniversary Limited Edition is a stunning tribute to Gibson acoustic heritage.
