Description

The Guild D-2612CE Deluxe Archback Antique Burst is suited to players wanting a bold articulate 12-string acoustic-electric for recording songwriting and live performance. Its solid Sitka spruce top works alongside striped ebony back and sides to produce a clear powerful voice with strong low-end presence and detailed highs. The arched back design also helps increase projection and sustain giving your playing extra depth without losing clarity.A comfortable C-shaped mahogany neck and smooth pau ferro fingerboard make longer sessions easier on your hands while the cutaway body shape gives you better access to higher frets. Plugging in is straightforward too thanks to the Guild/Fishman GT-1 pickup system with simple volume and tone controls. Finished in Antique Burst gloss this 12-string combines traditional Guild styling with distinctive modern appointments including mother-of-pearl detailing and striped ebony construction.

They come in a wide range of styles, including steel string and classical designs, each with its own feel and tonal character. Body shape, wood choice, and construction all influence warmth, projection, and balance, making acoustics suitable for everything from gentle fingerstyle to confident strumming. Whether used for songwriting, practice, or performance, acoustic guitars provide a simple, honest connection between the player and the music.

Explore electric, acoustic and bass guitars across a wide range of playing styles, body shapes and specifications. The most useful differences include scale length, construction, pickup type, neck profile, materials and whether the instrument is intended for amplified, acoustic or hybrid use. Use the narrower guitar categories and feature tags to compare instruments with similar designs rather than relying on appearance alone.
