If ever there was a name you would immediately associate with Ibanez guitars, it's super shredder Joe Satriani. Joe has been an endorsee of Ibanez for over 30 years and his signature JS series guitars have remained largely unchanged in that time. Joe certainly knows what he likes and rightly so!

The Ibanez JS240PS features an American Basswood body and a signature JS 3-piece Maple/Purpleheart neck which provides stability and longer sustain. Throw a DiMarzio® Satchur8™ pickup into the mix and the notes will ring out until the cows come home!

A Rosewood fingerboard provides a balanced tone with a focussed mid range and premium fret edge treatment ensures super smooth playability up and down the neck. The legendary, original Edge tremolo bridge (a personal favourite of Joe's) coupled with a locking nut, will ensure the JS240PS stays in tune no matter how aggressive you play or how many dive bombs you do!
