For years the RG Series has been one of the most recognisable lines in the Ibanez arsenal, delivering hard rockin’ metal machines with precision, speed and power. The Ibanez RG857OZ-BSR J Custom is the highlight from this line, crafted in the Ibanez Custom Shop in Japan, it really is the height of construction.

  • Premium Tonewoods – With a beautiful African Mahogany body with an AAA Flamed Maple top, you not only get stunning looks but rich, tight, natural tone.
  • 5-Piece Neck – A 5 piece RG J Custom Maple/Wenge Super Wizard neck is adorned with a bound select Macassar Ebony fingerboard featuring the Tree of Life inlay. It’s designed for speed and precision, perfect for today’s players.
  • Comfortable, Fast Fretboard – Benefiting from Custom fret edge treatment, the Ibanez RG857OZ-BSR J Custom has 24 Jumbo frets and a supremely comfortable feel.

With a rich history of crushing tones and sweeping solos to live up to, the Ibanez RG857OZ-BSR J Custom is loaded with a trio of DiMarzio pickups. An Air Norton and a Tone Zone flank a True Velvet in the traditional HSH configuration, combining to deliver an insane dynamic range and note definition.
