Want all the crushing Ironheart goodness without lugging a full stack around? The Laney IRT-SLS is your ultimate fly rig — featuring three full channels (Clean, Rhythm and Lead), two real ECC83 tubes, separate EQs, footswitchable boost and two power modes to suit any gig or session. Crank it up in High Power Mode for a whopping 3–300 watts RMS, or keep it chill with Standard Mode at 1–60 watts RMS. It’s perfect for the stage, studio or silent practice at home.

And here’s the clever bit: the IRT-SLS packs a USB Audio I/O and a Re-Amp Send jack, so you can tweak your recorded tone without re-tracking. It’s all the valve tone you love, but in a portable package you can take anywhere. Plus, it’s loaded with lush cab emulations and features that iconic illuminated logo that’ll really stand out on stage.

Key Features

  • Lightweight and portable: Your back will thank you, with the IRT-SLS weighing just 3.5 kg.
  • Real ECC83 tubes: Features two ECC83s for that responsive, authentic valve feel.
  • T-USB interface: Supplies both a dry signal and the processed signal — split left and right to your DAW — directly into either your PC/Mac or iPad.
  • Re-Amp socket: Works in conjunction with the T-USB feature. Re-route your original dry signal back through the preamp for endless tone-shaping fun.
  • Silent operation: The internal dummy load means you can use the amp without having to connect an external load (speaker) to it. It’s perfect for late-night sessions, especially with the headphone jack.
  • Studio quality digital reverb: Because everything sounds better with a touch of space!
  • Included FS4-IRT footswitch: Switch channels and engage the reverb effect with ease.

Stuff About Amp Heads

An amp head contains the core tone and power of a guitar amplifier without the built-in speakers, allowing you to pair it with the cabinet of your choice. This setup offers greater flexibility over sound and volume, as different speaker cabinets can dramatically change the feel and character of the amp. Amp heads are available in valve, solid-state, and hybrid designs, ranging from low-wattage studio models to high-powered touring rigs. They’re ideal for players who want a modular setup, precise control over their tone, and the ability to adapt their rig to different venues, cabinets, or recording situations.

Stuff About Amps

Guitar amps cover everything needed to amplify, shape, and project your guitar sound, from small practice setups to full stage and studio rigs. In this category you’ll find combo amps, separate amp heads and speaker cabinets, covering valve, solid-state, and hybrid designs, each offering a different feel and response. You’ll also see modelling and digital amps, built-in effects, footswitches, attenuation solutions, replacement speakers, valves, and essential accessories to keep an amp performing at its best. Whether you’re chasing pristine cleans, classic crunch, or modern high-gain tones, guitar amps and related gear are all about finding the right balance of power, tone, and control for the way you play.

The Important stuff

Guitar Amp Head — Guitar amp heads contain the main tone-shaping and power section of an amplifier, designed to be paired with a separate speaker cabinet. They let you choose different cabinets to suit your sound and setup, offering flexibility for home, studio or live use. If you want control over volume, tone and character without being tied to a single combo format, amp heads give you a modular way to build the rig that works best for you..
