Here's what Mooer have to say about the Triangolo:

Triangolo A welcome addition to the Micro digital range from Mooer is the Triangolo tremolo pedal. Following hot on the heels of our very popular Trelicopter, we wanted to make a new tremolo pedal which does something a little different.

Triangolo houses an advanced digital algorithm which provides the user with ultimate control and some awesome features which can’t be found on other pedals in this price range. The toggle switch can select between Triangular, Suqare and Saw Tooth tremolo shapes. This alters the attack and release of the effect with some very interesting results.

Depth allows you to dial-in the intensity of the tremolo so it can be as subtle or extreme as you like. Adjusting the speed of the tremolo can be done in two different ways. As with most tremolo pedals, there is a classic speed control for the more traditionalist among us who likes to set it and leave it. For the more adventurous players, set the sub-division knob to your favourite rhythmical pattern and hold down the footswitch for real-time tap tempo control. Perfect for syncing your trem sounds up in a live gig situation.

With close inspection of Triangolo, you may notice that the last setting on the sub-division knob is labelled X. Cranking the control round to X will set Triangolo off into a fit of uncertainty as it sporadically regurgitates tremolo patterns with completely random repeats. Dropping this into a song could completely freak out your audience, in a fun way. A Micro sized tremolo pedal with a very unique feature set!

Stuff About Guitar Pedals

Guitar pedals are compact effects units that shape and enhance a guitar’s sound, sitting between the instrument and the amplifier. They include gain pedals like overdrive and distortion, modulation effects such as chorus and tremolo, time-based effects like delay and reverb, and essential utilities including tuners, compressors and loopers. Understanding basic things such as pedal type, signal order, power requirements and intended use helps players choose pedals that suit their style, setup and playing environment.

The Important stuff

Digital. Pedal — Pedals are the tools that let you shape, colour and transform your sound, from subtle tone enhancement to bold, creative effects. Whether you are adding grit, space, movement or control, a pedal becomes part of your playing rather than just an add-on. Exploring different pedals is about discovering what responds to your touch and helps your sound feel more like your own.. Tremolo — Tremolo is an effect that creates a rhythmic pulsing by varying the volume of the guitar signal up and down. It can be subtle and smooth or choppy and pronounced, adding movement and texture to clean tones and is commonly associated with classic amps and vintage-style sounds..
