Description

The Reaper-6 Elite FR S is a modern shred monster! Its sleek, contemporary aesthetics will suit any 21st Century rocker or metalhead — but more importantly, it is its electronics and hardware appointments that really make it special! Boasting a high-output Schecter San Andreas USA bridge humbucker, you can attain aggressive face-melting tones that'll really cut through in the mix. However, it's the Sustainiac pickup in the neck position that's really cool — letting you sustain notes indefinitely and even create artificial feedback!

Other noteworthy features include an African Mahogany body, Quilted Maple top, Wenge neck, a Floyd Rose 1500 double-locking tremolo system and stainless steel frets. Trust us, it's a lot of guitar for the money!

Key Features

  • African Mahogany Body — Provides a deep and sustain-rich sound; giving the pickups a broader tone.
  • Wenge Neck — Dense, stiff timber that ensures superb tuning stability. Satin finish offers a fast, slippery feel too!
  • Set-Neck Construction with Ultra-Access — Enables unrestricted access to the higher register.
  • Ebony Fingerboard — Dark and silky material; featuring a flat, modern radius.
  • 24 X-Jumbo Stainless Steel Frets — Large size offers a controllable feel for wide vibrato and pitch-perfect string bends. Stainless steel material is corrosion-resistant and harder to wear down than conventional fret-wire.
  • Schecter San Andreas USA Bridge Humbucker — This is seriously hot! While the mids and highs are powerful and cutting, the mid-lows and bass-end are perfectly pushed and driven.
  • Sustainiac Neck Pickup — One of the coolest guitar innovations ever! This special pickup design lets you sustain notes indefinitely and even allows you to create artificial feedback.
  • Floyd Rose Tremolo — Dip and dive-bomb to your heart's content without losing tune. Recessed design allows you to pull up on the bar to raise the pitch too, as well as create choatic "flutter" effects!
