Want thundering tones and exceptional comfort, all from one bass? The Sire Marcus Miller U5 short-scale bass is just what you need! It features a modest and manageable 30" scale, which yields less tension than a conventional 34" scale bass. Ultimately, this gives the U5 a much looser feel as less strain is exerted on the strings — making them easier to fret and even bend. This, combined with the frets being much closer together, means that the Sire U5 bass feels easy to play and delivers a deep, fat sound.

This updated version of the Sire Marcus Miller U5 bass guitar comes without body binding, which gives the instrument an elegant "wraparound" colour finish that's both cool and contemporary!
