The Yamaha SA2200 Semi Acoustic Electric Guitar is an evolution of the traditional semi-acoustic guitar. Built around a solid woodblock for enhanced sustain and feedback resistance this thinline body is capable of producing everything from mellow jazz tones to the aggressive snap and growl of a solid electric. The custom-wound Alnico V pickups are paired with dual push/push coil taps enabling quick and seamless switching between single coil and humbucker operation and offering massive tonal variability. The instruments beautiful cosmetics are just what youd expect from a Yamaha product. The SA2200s gorgeous figured maple body complemented with a split-block inlaid ebony fingerboard is a sight to behold. This guitars tonal magnificence is matched by its ease-of-use thanks to its T-O-M bridge for increased sustain easy tuning adjustability and the stop tailpiece bridge that enhances tuning stability.
