When used in conjunction with a splitter, such as the JHS Active A/B/Y, you can run your effects in parallel. This enables you to do things such as using two delays with different timings, without having to worry about ‘delaying the delays’. It’s also a great way to run a clean, unaffected signal in parallel with the rest of your pedalboard, allowing you to combine your clean signal with the wet one using the Summing Amp.
