The EastCoast MS1 is a fantastic entry-level electric guitar that combines a comfortable setup with powerful, full-throttle humbucking tones and classic styling inspired by the short-scale offset electric guitar designs of the ‘60s. With its slightly shorter 24” scale length, the MS1 is perfect for players who still require a full-sized instrument, however struggle a bit with the overall length. Plug it in, choose your pickup, and get playing straight away, whether it’s rock riffs, grunge or even pop classics!

Key Features

  • Perfect For Beginners – Built with beginners in mind and brought to you at an accessible price, the EastCoast MS1 is a comfortable, lightweight, short scale offset guitar with sounds & classic looks to match – whatever your style!
  • Versatile Sonic Palette – The Poplar construction provides a tight, resonant tone, while the switchable humbucking pickups put a huge range of electric guitar sounds at your fingertips, from blues to rock to metal and everything in between.
  • Excellent Tuning Stability – The MS1 keeps your strings in tune thanks to its solid die-cast tuners and a hardtail bridge – so you can rock out for as long as you want.

Construction

The MS1 features a solid offset body for a deep, resonant tone without being too heavy. A Maple neck with a 12″ radius fingerboard feels incredibly comfortable and gives a retro look & hitting tone that outweighs its affordable price point.

Electronics

The MS1 is loaded with EC Humbuckers in the neck and bridge positions for a wide range of iconic electric guitar tones covering everything from classic rock and blues to more contemporary modern sounds. With controls for volume and tone, and a 3-way selector switch, you can go from smooth and mellow to bright and punchy with ease!

Hardware

With traditional appointments from every angle, the MS1 looks every bit as good as it sounds. Featuring a fully adjustable six-saddle hardtail bridge and sealed, die-cast tuners, the MS1 delivers excellent tuning stability and intonation. Learning to play a new instrument is tough enough without battling to try and keep it in tune all the time.

They are used across almost every modern genre, from clean and expressive to high-gain and aggressive styles, making them one of the most versatile instruments available.
