It allows you to precisely trim the input voltage and perfectly replicate the tone of a dying battery giving you access to gated distorted and sputtery sounds. With this pedal you can input 9V-18V DC with an adjustable output from 7.5V DC down to 1.25V DC. The Volture will work on any fully analogue pedal and is perfect for those who want to experiment with their sound. Its easy to use and provides an efficient way to achieve the perfect retro fuzz sound without having to spend time draining batteries between sessions or modifying pedals beyond recognition. The Volture uses 10mA in addition to the power when it is active and should be used with pedals less than 50mA.
