The JCM900 4100 was the next evolutionary step on from the JCM800™ Series. This is a precise re-issue of the JCM900 4100, first launched in the early 1990s. This high gain, dual Reverb, all-valve 100 Watt head is still a players’ favourite. Known for its tone and workhorse roadworthiness, the JCM900 4100 has many fans due to its feature set and versatility.

Channel A is voiced to be sparklingly clean on lower gain settings, building to a raunchy crunch when driven harder. Channel B takes the gain higher producing tones from silky smooth distortion to searing, saturated scream.

The JCM900 4100 is equipped with a series FX Loop with its own Level control for use with rack FX or stomp boxes.

Stuff About Marshall

Marshall is a legendary British amplifier brand that defined the sound of rock music with its unmistakable power, grit, and presence. Founded by Jim Marshall in London in 1962, the company quickly became synonymous with the roaring tones of the 1960s and 70s, used by icons like Jimi Hendrix, Pete Townshend, and Slash. Known for their iconic “stack” design and warm overdrive, Marshall amps deliver the punchy, dynamic sound that has powered countless stages and recordings. From classic valve amplifiers to modern digital models, Marshall continues to embody the spirit of rock’n’roll—loud, bold, and timeless.

The Important stuff

Dual. Guitar Amps and Cabs — Guitar amps and cabs are at the heart of your tone, shaping everything from crisp clean sounds to heavy distortion. Combo amps combine the speaker and amplifier in one portable unit, ideal for rehearsals and small gigs, while separate amp heads and cabinets offer more power and flexibility for stage use. Valve amps deliver classic warmth and dynamic response, while solid-state and modelling amps provide reliable performance and a wide range of tones. Guitar cabinets, from compact 1x12s to full 4×12 stacks, influence projection and character, so matching the right amp and cab setup is key to getting your perfect sound.. Reverb — Reverb (short for reverberation) is an audio effect that simulates the natural reflections of sound in a physical space. When you play in a room, hall, or cathedral, the sound waves bounce off the walls, ceiling, and floor, creating a sense of depth and ambience. Reverb pedals and processors recreate this effect electronically, allowing guitarists and producers to shape how “big” or “live” their sound feels. From short, springy echoes that mimic vintage amp tanks to lush, atmospheric washes used in ambient or shoegaze music, reverb adds dimension and realism — turning a dry, flat tone into something immersive and expressive..
