The TH series of Orange amps offer the tone you crave at a price that’s astoundingly affordable. If you’re looking into Orange amps then you probably already know what you’re letting yourself in for: unique British lush crunch with just a hint of hair-on-the-back-of-the-neck raisiing fuzz. Once you hear the Orange sound you never ever forget it! The TH30 features two channels (Clean and Dirty), the clean channel has a two band EQ and volume control while the dirty channel features volume, shape (a tone sweep control) and gain.

The TH30 Head and can switch between 7, 15 and 30 Watts, making it perfect for both stage and bedroom! Many pro guitarists find 30w is perfectly sufficient for most gigs as long as its mic’ed up through the PA (obviously you’ll also need a speaker cab to do this! There isn’t a DI out). You’ll also find that 30w is a brilliant workhorse wattage that allows a useable amount of headroom for glassy cleans but you can also get the power valves cooking without blowing the venue down!

Here’s what Orange say about the TH30 Head

The TH30’s Clean Channel features a Gain, Shape and Master Volume. The shape control is an EQ control facilitating a variety of tones from classic rock through to scooped metal with all variations in between.

The power section of the TH30 is powered by a quartet of EL84 output valves and is rated at 30 Watts Class A. There is also the addition of a valve driven effects loop.

Amplifier

An amplifier, or amp, is a device that boosts the electrical signal from your guitar to produce sound through speakers. It plays a crucial role in shaping your tone and controlling volume. Amplifiers come in various types, including valve (tube), solid-state, and digital modelling, each offering different sound characteristics. Whether used for practice, recording, or live performance, an amp helps bring your guitar’s voice to life with clarity, power, and personality.

Guitar

Here at GPAS we have everything guitar from music to guitars amps pedals and stuff. The guitar is a versatile stringed instrument played across countless genres, from rock and blues to classical and jazz.

Typically featuring six strings, it produces sound by vibrating strings stretched over a wooden body or solid frame, amplified acoustically or electronically.

We have Guitars in all types, including acoustic, electric, bass guitars and electro-acoustic, each offering different tonal characteristics and playing styles. For many, the guitar is both a tool of expression and a lifelong obsession—lending itself equally to raw power, subtle nuance, and everything in between.

Guitar Amps and Cabs

Guitar amps and cabs are just as crucial to a guitarist’s tone as the guitar itself. Amplifiers shape the sound—whether it’s clean and warm, crunchy and bluesy, or full-on distortion for rock and metal. They come in two main types: combo amps, which include both the amp and speaker in one unit, and amp heads, which are paired with separate cabinets (cabs) to project the sound.

Cabs come in various sizes, like 1×12, 2×12, or the mighty 4×12, each delivering different tone and feel. Speakers, cabinet wood, and even open vs closed backs all influence the sound. Matching the right amp and cab gives players control over their dynamics, tone, and presence—whether you’re playing in your bedroom, a studio, or on a festival stage.
