Description

One of the most complete acoustic guitar amps you’d possibly ever need – and it’s small enough to sit on your desk at home! The Yamaha THR-30IIA is jam-packed full of features, covering everything from beautiful stereo sound with built-in effects to specific mic emulations and seamless wireless playing. The perfect acoustic companion.

Quality tone first

Yamaha amps always put outstanding tone first before the fancy gizmos. Select dynamic, condenser or tube mic emulations, as well as specific flat top and nylon string acoustic settings for a wide array of hi-fi sounds.

Work your magic over the three-band EQ and choose from two types of reverb and either delay, chorus or a mix of the two. Then save your tone in one of the five onboard memory slots. Let the 3.5″ stereo speakers bring it all to life.

Better yet, plug a microphone in on a second channel to perform both vocals and guitar through the THR – an easy solution for intimate performances.

Wireless Connectivity

All THR models contain Bluetooth support for stereo audio playback and editing power from your phone. Sit back and relax while you use your THR as a speaker or dial in your amp sounds. If you just want to use the THR to play your Spotify playlists, the aux out is the simplest form of connectivity.

Plug in an optional Line 6 Relay G10T transmitter for hassle-free, completely cable-free setup. This is your chance to streamline your creative space. The THR-30IIA even runs on a rechargeable battery, so you really can go fully wireless.

Recording

Plug the THR into your PC with a USB cable and you’re ready to record straight into your DAW, no external interface required. Listen back to your tracks through the handy headphones out jack. The THR-30IIA even has you covered with a high quality built-in tuner.

In this category you’ll find combo amps, separate amp heads and speaker cabinets, covering valve, solid-state, and hybrid designs, each offering a different feel and response. You’ll also see modelling and digital amps, built-in effects, footswitches, attenuation solutions, replacement speakers, valves, and essential accessories to keep an amp performing at its best. Whether you’re chasing pristine cleans, classic crunch, or modern high-gain tones, guitar amps and related gear are all about finding the right balance of power, tone, and control for the way you play.

Guitar Amps

Guitar amplifiers shape and increase an instrument signal for speakers, headphones, recording equipment or a live sound system. This category includes combo amplifiers, heads and other guitar-focused amplification, using valve, solid-state, digital modelling or hybrid designs. Compare output power, speaker format, channels, gain structure, effects, connectivity and the intended practice, recording or performance use.

30W

Products with the 30W tag have an amplifier or power stage whose stated output is 30 watts. Wattage alone does not determine perceived loudness, clean headroom or suitability for a room: speaker efficiency, impedance, cabinet design, amplifier type and how the power is measured also matter. Compare the complete specification and intended practice, recording or performance use.

Amp

An amp is an amplifier used to boost the signal from a guitar and shape its overall tone and volume. It plays a major role in how a guitar sounds, influencing everything from clean clarity to natural overdrive and distortion, and is a core part of any guitar setup for both practice and live performance.
