Bassman® pedals have all your basses covered. Drawing inspiration from the original tube amp line that laid way for Fender’s sub-sonic signal processing, the Bassman pedal line hosts a collection of meticulously crafted analog and digital circuits all curated from the ground up for bass-centric tonal expansion.

Conjure varying shades of gain, from light tube-like breakup to hi-gain chunk, while keeping your low end intact. Utilizing a complement of JFET circuitry and dynamic clipping stages, the Bassman Driver emulates the behavior of a bass tube amp driven to breakup. Flick the voice switch into the up position to kick in an additional layer of clipping for a heavy modern distortion voicing. Sculpt your tone further using the mids switch, offering two dialed-in levels of growl, and an internal tone control to set the high frequency content to your liking. The blend control keeps your low end solid by blending body and dynamics from your clean tone back into the mix.

FEATURES

  • Two gain voices designed around JFET circuity and dynamic clipping stages for tube like distortion
  • Built in speaker emulation ensures great sound through any bass cab or PA
  • Soft-touch relay true bypass with auto bypass when no power is present
  • Side mounted pad switch to suit active basses
  • Top mounted jacks and road-ready aluminum enclosure
  • Inset aluminum face plate draws in vintage Fender aesthetics

Guitar Pedals

Guitar pedals are compact effects units that shape and enhance a guitar’s sound, sitting between the instrument and the amplifier. They include gain pedals like overdrive and distortion, modulation effects such as chorus and tremolo, time-based effects like delay and reverb, and essential utilities including tuners, compressors and loopers. Understanding basic things such as pedal type, signal order, power requirements and intended use helps players choose pedals that suit their style, setup and playing environment.
