It’s finished in an eye-catching medium-aged Pelham Blue lacquer with aged hardware and a dark mole-tinted neck finish. Its aesthetic is perfectly completed with a beautiful tortoise pickguard, brown cupcake knobs and vintage-styled Kluson tuners.
At only 8.7 lbs, this double-cut offset Baritone feels comfortable in all playing positions. It’s resonant and bright with plenty of harmonic overtones. Crafted with Alder, the Castedosa Conchers has a balanced musical tone that seems to fit with any playing style and is perfect for baritone tunings. Its rich Rosewood fingerboard feels good under the fingers, and the Mastery Bridge adds a pleasing resonance to every note.

Carlos Lopez
For over 20 years Carlos Lopez has been gaining a reputation as one of the all-time greatest electric guitar builders. Spending 16 years with Fender working his way up from the factory floor to the Custom Shop, then to Todd Krouse’s apprentice in 2017 and finally to Master Builder in 2019. During his time with Fender, his solid reputation led him to build guitars for many of the greats, including Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck, Robbie Robertson, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Robin Trower and Eric Johnson. After leaving Fender in 2021, he founded Castedosa Guitars in 2022 with the hope of continuing his growth in guitar building as well as giving him the opportunity to work with his wife Stephanie, who winds the pickups, in turn creating a family-led business.

Wound in-house by Carlos’s wife Stephanie using premium components, these rich-sounding pickups perfectly complement the prestigious quality of this master-built guitar.
