Showcasing premium tonewoods, all-solid-wood construction, and upgraded appointments, this luxurious cutaway Grand Auditorium embodies the sonic and aesthetic pinnacle of the Sunset Boulevard Collection. The Sunset Blvd 714ce SEB boasts a solid sinker redwood top—artfully enhanced with a beautiful shaded edgeburst—paired with solid Indian rosewood back and sides, all finished with a rich gloss sheen. Indian rosewood’s rich, full-bodied lows and sparkling highs complement the redwood top’s cedar-like warmth and dynamic response, making this a remarkably expressive instrument. Tone-shaping V-Class interior bracing architecture delivers extra volume, longer sustain and precise pitch accuracy up and down an easy-playing Taylor neck.

This model showcases a suite of elevated appointments, including Engraved Victorian inlays in Italian acrylic, a three-ring green abalone rosette, grained Ivoroid body binding, ebony bridge pins with green abalone dots, Taylor gold tuners, and an Indian rosewood pickguard. Body shape, wood choice, and construction all influence warmth, projection, and balance, making acoustics suitable for everything from gentle fingerstyle to confident strumming. Whether used for songwriting, practice, or performance, acoustic guitars provide a simple, honest connection between the player and the music.

Stuff About Electro-Acoustic Guitars

Electro-acoustic guitars combine the natural sound and feel of an acoustic guitar with built-in electronics for amplification. Fitted with pickups and preamp controls, they allow you to plug directly into an amp, PA system, or recording setup while retaining an acoustic character. They’re ideal for live performance, rehearsal, and home recording, offering volume control and tonal adjustment without relying solely on microphones. Electro-acoustic guitars suit players who want the warmth and responsiveness of an acoustic instrument with the flexibility to play amplified when needed.
