Featuring a wide dynamic range with incredible clarity and responsiveness, the Surfing Bear works equally well through a clean amp as it does tightening up an already overdriven amp.
With controls for Volume, Gain and Tone, the Surfing Bear has plenty to offer in terms of tone tweaking. Set the Gain knob low and you’ve got a great sounding clean boost, but at higher settings, you’ve got a fantastic rhythm crunch sound with plenty of punch! The Tone knob can be used to accentuate the high frequencies, effectively working as a treble booster. The possibilities are endless! With true-bypass switching, you can rest easy in the knowledge that your dry signal will not be affected when the pedal is bypassed!
