Faith produce some amazing quality acoustic guitars that exceed expectations, especially given their price point. With excellent craftsmanship and features, their guitars are meant to be played, not just live but also in the studio.

The PJE Legacy acoustics are at the top-end of the Faith range. Unveiled at the 2017 NAMM Show, these acoustics deliver excellent sounds and offer immense playability.

Sound, Feel and Construction

The Neptune is Faith's flagship body design, big enough to produce a large, resonant sound. A single-cutaway design means that you can easily access the upper frets, if playing some high-register lead parts is something your music requires!

The solid African Khaya mahogany back and sides produce a warm and rich tone, with plenty of bottom-end. A Torrified Sitka Spruce top helps bring out some top-end, sounding crisp and defined for some gentle finger-picked phrases. If you’re a singer-songwriter, this guitar will perfectly support your vocals thanks to its lush, full-bodied sound.

The satin-finished neck feels smooth and fast, not hindering you in any way. This is particularly good if you sweat a lot on stage, as the finish will not feel sticky or inconsistent. A Macassan Figured Ebony fretboard adds a further element of finesse, not only giving the guitar a high-end look but feeling smooth and fast under your fingertips. Ebony also blends well with the mahogany body and neck, to deliver a balanced tone with a solid mid-range that will let you cut through.

Flex Blend Pickup

Featuring a small and discreet footprint, Flex Blend – volume, bass, treble, tuner, condenser mic, 9V 1/4” combo battery box.

Stuff About Acoustic Guitars

Acoustic guitars produce their sound naturally through the vibration of the strings and body, offering a direct and expressive playing experience. They come in a wide range of styles, including steel string and classical designs, each with its own feel and tonal character. Body shape, wood choice, and construction all influence warmth, projection, and balance, making acoustics suitable for everything from gentle fingerstyle to confident strumming. Whether used for songwriting, practice, or performance, acoustic guitars provide a simple, honest connection between the player and the music.

Stuff About Electro-Acoustic Guitars

Electro-acoustic guitars combine the natural sound and feel of an acoustic guitar with built-in electronics for amplification. Fitted with pickups and preamp controls, they allow you to plug directly into an amp, PA system, or recording setup while retaining an acoustic character. They’re ideal for live performance, rehearsal, and home recording, offering volume control and tonal adjustment without relying solely on microphones. Electro-acoustic guitars suit players who want the warmth and responsiveness of an acoustic instrument with the flexibility to play amplified when needed.

Stuff About Guitars

Guitars cover a wide range of instruments designed to suit different styles, techniques, and sounds, from acoustic and classical models to solid body, semi-hollow, and hollow electric designs. Factors like body shape, scale length, neck profile, string type, and pickups all influence how a guitar feels and responds, making each type suited to different players and musical approaches. Whether used for rhythm, lead, songwriting, or experimentation, guitars are expressive, versatile instruments that form the heart of countless genres and playing styles.

The Important stuff

Cutaway — A cutaway is a design feature on an acoustic or electric guitar where part of the body is shaped away near the neck joint. This allows easier access to the higher frets, making lead playing and complex chord work more comfortable without significantly affecting the overall tone..
