The Fender American Vintage II 1975 Telecaster Deluxe perfectly captures the tone and feel of an original CBS-era Tele Deluxe, a guitar that holds the distinction of being Fender’s first solid-body Telecaster with two humbucking pickups. With its large Strat-style headstock, comfort-contoured belly cut, and pair of Wide Range humbucking pickups, you would be forgiven for thinking you were playing a genuine vintage guitar. Featuring an Alder body with a gloss Polyurethane lacquer finish, the 1975 Telecaster Deluxe is the stuff of legends, designed for players with a keen appreciation of vintage instruments!
At the heart of the '75 Telecaster Deluxe is a pair of authentic CuNiFe Wide-Range humbuckers, an essential element in recreating the sonics of the original.
