To the newcomer, the multi-scale concept may appear a bit unusual, but the biggest surprise may be how comfortable players become within a minute or two of playing the instrument. The different fret-to-bridge distances enhance tonality, creating a better-sounding bass guitar.

The fretboard is made out of Panga Panga, which features a stunning woodgrain that produces a tight low and mid-range, complete with a sharp attack on the high end. The frets are of a medium size, which enhance the accuracy of your notes.

Multi-Scale Performance

The multi scale construction equalizes tension of each string and it helps to create a more ”alive”, open tone. But the design also improves player comfort. The multi scale construction ergonomically coordinates with the way a player’s hand angles as it moves up and down the neck, facilitating quick, comfortable playing action.

Voicings

The Voice Selector switch offers players a wide palette of sounds to cover all playing styles.

  • Voice 1 (Passive): Classic, fat and round
  • Voice 2 (Active): Full frequency, full dynamics
  • Voice 2 (Active with mid contour): Funk, Hi-Fi scooped

Single Coil Mode: Same voices as above but with a narrower magnetic field

  • A Bright & Solid Sound – The Okoume body provides a bright and solid-sounding tone
  • Multi-Voice Performance – The Fishman Fluence pickups deliver a Multi-Voice performance, impressive dynamic range, and outstanding articulation with no extraneous noise.

Bass Guitars

Bass guitars form the backbone of a band’s sound, sitting between rhythm and harmony to give music depth, weight, and movement. Available in electric and acoustic forms, they focus on delivering strong, controlled low frequencies while remaining clear and responsive to playing dynamics. Factors like scale length, string type, and pickup design all influence tone and feel, allowing bass guitars to suit a wide range of styles and techniques. Whether laying down solid grooves or exploring more melodic lines, a good bass guitar anchors the music and brings everything together.

Bass Guitars

Electric bass guitars provide the low-end foundation that supports rhythm, harmony, and groove within a band. Designed for clarity, punch, and control, they translate string vibration into a focused, amplified signal that locks in with drums and drives the music forward. Different scale lengths, pickup configurations, and electronics influence feel and tone, from deep, rounded lows to tight, articulate attack. Whether used for simple supportive lines or more expressive playing, electric bass guitars are essential for shaping the feel and energy of a track.
