The Keeley Guitar Pedals always come out on top. This is New is in stock and ready to post out to you, with fast, reliable delivery straight to your door. For more New Guitar Pedals options, read on for full specifications, demos, and secure online ordering.

Developed in collaboration with Andy Timmons, the NOCTURNE from Keeley Electronics is a flagship reverb pedal that redefines ambient tones. With three reverb soundscapes shaped by just four intuitive controls, it’s designed for effortless onstage control and sonic depth for plug & play types. Advanced users will appreciate its remote switching, expression pedal support, preset storage, and full MIDI integration for maximum flexibility.

The NOCTURNE pedal gives you three new reverb modes — Nocturne, Spring, and Plate — each designed to be the guitar and amp’s perfect companion. The Plate reverb is based on Keeley’s extensive analysis and modelling of the stereo tube plate reverb that was in Austin City Limits studio since the mid-1970s. The Nocturne’s Spring reverb features their finest sounds based on both stand-alone reverb tanks and tube amplifier combos.

The simple four-knob layout of Tone, Level, Decay, and Modulation makes it easy to shape each gorgeous reverb algorithm. Each mode can be made a preset so you can store your favourite sounds.  Alt features include pre-delay time control, allowing you to create slapback echo effects.

NOCTURNE offers a flexible signal path with True or Buffered Bypass, Expression Pedal control, Remote Switching, and MIDI compatibility for up to 72 presets. Whether you’re running mono or stereo, wet/dry, or full wet for parallel rigs, the NOCTURNE adapts easily to any setup. Built on Keeley’s award-winning Core architecture, every component and line of code is tuned to make this reverb feel musical and alive.

Operation is easy with the NOCTURNE – if the indicator LED is blue, then it’s ‘wysiwyg’; the knobs set the tone or level of each reverb mode. If the LED is red, each reverb is a favourite or preset, where you can save the settings for each reverb mode.

Stuff About Guitar Pedals

Guitar pedals are compact effects units that shape and enhance a guitar’s sound, sitting between the instrument and the amplifier. They include gain pedals like overdrive and distortion, modulation effects such as chorus and tremolo, time-based effects like delay and reverb, and essential utilities including tuners, compressors and loopers. Understanding basic things such as pedal type, signal order, power requirements and intended use helps players choose pedals that suit their style, setup and playing environment.

The Important stuff

Pedal — Pedals are the tools that let you shape, colour and transform your sound, from subtle tone enhancement to bold, creative effects. Whether you are adding grit, space, movement or control, a pedal becomes part of your playing rather than just an add-on. Exploring different pedals is about discovering what responds to your touch and helps your sound feel more like your own.. Reverb — Reverb (short for reverberation) is an audio effect that simulates the natural reflections of sound in a physical space. When you play in a room, hall, or cathedral, the sound waves bounce off the walls, ceiling, and floor, creating a sense of depth and ambience. Reverb pedals and processors recreate this effect electronically, allowing guitarists and producers to shape how “big” or “live” their sound feels. From short, springy echoes that mimic vintage amp tanks to lush, atmospheric washes used in ambient or shoegaze music, reverb adds dimension and realism — turning a dry, flat tone into something immersive and expressive.. Signature. Stereo.
